Update

The weather sure likes to fool us, nice and warm for awhile and now freezing. Why can't it make up it's mind! I have been going to meetings during the day to get a few morehours. It sure bites when you are used to overtime. I guess that every one is pinching pennies. I just love the dollar store. I can buy a few things for the girls and they are in seventh heaven. They got kites today but it was really too cold to fly them. I have started joe and amber's quilt and Zoey kept taking my practice fabric. She would bring it back and saw sorry grandma. I will post pics when I get a little farther along. Needless to say I am learning to free motion quilt. Pretty interesting. Well here are a few pics of my angels!

Family Time

Today we had a nice family trip to estes park. I think the walking was good and the kids had a great time.

Watching Kids

Last weekend I got to watch part of my grandkids. It is fun but with two babies I don't get a whole lot done except to play with them. We had a nap together and had yummy stuff to eat!

Well it is getting to be this time again! Boy has a year gone by fast. I can't say that I have gotten smarter, skinnier, sassier, or anything. I thing. There are a few more gray hairs, a few more wrinkles, and maybe I have just gotten a little wiser. I have learned to slow down and enjoy life as it is handed to you, Don't sweat the small stuff. Be happy with what you have and most of all be thankful for the family and friendships that you cherish. So Happy Early Birthday to Myself!
